Terms of use
The rules that apply when you download and play BrainrotWar, written to be read rather than skimmed.
1. Who we are
Gaadam Games is an independent game studio established in Italy. We design, build and publish our own mobile games, and BrainrotWar is the first one. We are a small team, and the people who make the game are the people who read the mail sent to support@gaadamgames.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By downloading, installing or playing BrainrotWar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not play the game.
You must be old enough to agree to terms like these where you live. If you are not, use the game with a parent or guardian.
3. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play BrainrotWar for your own personal, non-commercial use. The licence is yours; it cannot be sold, shared or given away.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or rent the game, reverse engineer it, or extract its artwork, models, sounds or other assets — except where the law expressly allows it.
4. In-app purchases
BrainrotWar is free to download. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple for the App Store and by Google for Google Play, under the terms you accepted with them. We never see your payment card details: the store takes the payment and tells the game that it went through.
Refunds are handled by the store that processed the purchase, under that store's own policy. We cannot issue a refund directly, and we cannot see or change the store's decision. Purchases can be restored on the same store account — the game has a restore option that asks the store for the purchases made with the account signed in on the device.
Purchases are between you and the store. Apple and Google take the money, keep the receipt and handle refunds. If something you paid for is missing in the game, use the in-game restore option first, then write to us with the receipt from the store.
5. Virtual items and currency
Coins, gems, characters, skins, boosts and the other in-game items are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred, sold or traded outside the game.
As the game evolves we may adjust, rebalance, add or remove items — for example when a character's stats change in a balance patch. If we ever discontinue the game or its online services, we will give reasonable notice in the game or on this website.
Nothing in the game is worth money. Virtual items and currency are a permission to use them inside BrainrotWar, not property and not a stored-value balance. They cannot be cashed out, and they cannot be moved to another account or another game.
6. Random rewards
BrainrotWar contains random rewards, for example Lucky Blocks and eggs. The odds of each possible reward are shown inside the game before you spend anything on them, on the screen where the reward is opened.
There are free ways to earn the same currencies and rewards by playing: drops during a run, quests, streaks and daily rewards. Buying something is never required to finish the game.
The odds are published in the game. Before you open a Lucky Block or buy an egg, the game shows the pool and the chance of each reward. If a number looks wrong or unclear, tell us and we will look at it.
7. Advertising
BrainrotWar shows advertising: rewarded videos, which you choose to watch in exchange for a reward, and interstitial ads, which appear between levels.
Rewarded ads are always opt-in — nothing plays unless you tap the button. An optional "no ads" purchase removes the interstitial ads; rewarded videos stay available after that purchase, because watching one is always your choice.
8. Fair play and conduct
Play fair. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or tamper with the game, its files or its saves. Do not buy, sell or share accounts, and do not do anything that harms other players or the service.
Leaderboards, social features and the rewards tied to them may be reset or removed when they are abused. Where we can, we fix the bug instead of blaming the player, but accounts that keep abusing online features may lose access to them.
9. Accounts and data
You do not need an account, a password or an email address to play. Progress is stored on your device, and if you use the cloud features or link a Google Play Games account it is also stored on our backend, so it can follow you to another device.
How we handle personal data — what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted — is described in the privacy policy. Deleting your game data is covered step by step on the support page.
10. Our content
The game, its code, artwork, characters, sounds and logo, and this website, belong to Gaadam Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them commercially without our written permission.
Journalists, streamers and creators do not need to ask before covering or streaming the game; the press kit has the assets and the guidelines. Anything beyond coverage — merchandise, advertising, or our characters inside your own product — needs a conversation first.
11. Availability and changes
BrainrotWar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We update it, change it and sometimes remove features, and we do not promise that it will run without interruption or without errors.
Some features need an internet connection — cloud saves, leaderboards, advertising and purchases among them. Offline, parts of the game may be unavailable.
12. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost progress or lost virtual items, or for losses caused by things outside our control — your device, your network, or the stores that distribute the game.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country. Where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude, these terms do not take it away.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a dispute before the courts of the country where you live — nothing here forces you to sue in Italy.
14. Changes to these terms
We change these terms when the game changes. The date at the top of this page is updated every time, and the version published here is the one that applies. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms, or about anything else: support@gaadamgames.com. For the game itself, the support page answers the questions we get most often.
